Our Ask

Violence against women and girls is a global epidemic. To make a change, we need to amplify stories from girls on the front lines.

Comparsa has the power to ignite change by activating girls around the world—and it happens one community at a time. With your support, we can host free community screenings and workshops throughout Guatemala, the United States, and beyond.

“Comparsa is a project by people who care deeply about one another and who believe that the work we are doing to empower youth in Ciudad Peronia should be widely shared.
Telling my story has given me strength… It means a lot for us to be seen, to feel we have something to teach the world despite our circumstances.”
